The personalized classes are held in our studio, in your apartment or at your office.
All yoga classes, yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and relaxation practices are tailored to your personal needs. Your yoga practice is determined by your individual fitness and stress levels, your health status and your goals, making yoga learning the most effective. Personalized exercises can help break down individual barriers and blocks, bringing yoga’s deeper meaning to the surface.
The great advantage of one-on-one teaching is that it can also be used therapeutically.
Private classes are held for individuals or in pairs (couples, families, friends, etc.)
